Cedar Valley Volleyball Begins 2025 Season Aug. 22

CEDAR VALLEY VOLLEYBALL SCHEDULE

LANCASTER, Texas – Dallas College Cedar Valley volleyball team will open the season the Western Texas College Fall Classic Aug. 22-23 when it plays Clarendon College, Collin County Community College, Temple College and Vernon College in Snyder, Texas.

Two days later, the Suns host Seminole State College in the home opener. Cedar Valley will also entertain Clarendon College and Southwestern Christian College Aug. 27 in the Suns' Tri-Match. Beginning with Seminole State and the Suns' Tri-Match, Cedar Valley will host 10 home matches in its 27-match schedule.

To begin a four-match road trip, the Suns play at Seminole State Sept. 3. Two days later, they compete in the Labette Community College Tri-Match against the host Cardinals and Rose State College in Parsons, Kansas. They wrap up the road swing Sept. 8 at Arlington Baptist University Junior Varsity.

Cedar Valley returns home Sept. 15 to meet Rose State before hosting Southwestern Adventist University Sept. 18. The Suns wrap up tournament season at the Blinn Invitational Sept. 19-20 with matches against College of DuPage, Lee College, Blinn and Wharton County Junior College.

The Suns begin Dallas Athletic Conference action at home against Dallas College Richland Sept. 22. They host Dallas College Brookhaven Sept. 25 before heading to Dallas College Mountain View the following Monday for the first road conference match. They host two-time defending National Junior College Athletic Association Division III national champion Dallas College Eastfield Oct. 2 before concluding the first round of league play at Dallas College North Lake Oct. 6.

Cedar Valley begins the second round of DAC matches at Richland Oct. 9. The Suns host Mountain View Oct. 16, and finish the regular season at home against North Lake Oct. 23.

The NJCAA Division III District Tournament is scheduled for Oct. 29-Nov. 1.
